Been a while since we introduced a brand new silhouette from the KARHU range!
An update to the Albatross 82, the Albatross Control reimagines a retro track shoe from the past. While looking through Karhu’s back catalogues, the design team came across an early model of the Albatross that featured a sleek contoured heel counter and a unique non-slip outsole.
To complement the enhanced outsole, they've added more body to the shoe, increasing the thickness of the midsole by adding an extra stripe of EVA for additional cushion and support. The Albatross Control also utilizes rope laces and a plush nylon tongue with binding, a nod to the Synchron TBA, a model from the mid 80s.
These are Unisex but sized in US men's 6 - 12.
